As I stated in the last post, I'm trying a new approach to getting healthy. One goal a week. Maybe two. We shall see.
I can't keep doing the hard and fast weight loss until I burn out and gain it back. I have to get healthy from the inside out and be happy!
This week's goal is to drink more water and limit myself to one soda a day. My goal for every week is to remember to use my food journal.
Today, I only drank half a soda and I drank twice the amount of water I usually do. I entered all my food into myfitnesspal account.
I feel good about these small things. :)
